Ethical AI Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Nahag+ is committed to building AI that empowers job seekers responsibly. This Ethical AI Policy describes the principles that guide how we design, deploy, and govern our AI systems.

1. Human-Centered AI

Our AI is designed to support human decision-making, not replace it. Every AI-generated resume suggestion, interview question, or feedback item is meant to inform your judgment — never to make decisions on your behalf or to be treated as final or authoritative.

2. Transparency

We clearly label AI-generated content within the product and disclose, in our AI Disclosure Notice, how our AI features work and their known limitations. We do not use AI to impersonate a human recruiter, coach, or employer representative without disclosure.

3. Fairness and Bias Mitigation

Language models can reflect biases present in their training data. We take steps to reduce the risk of biased or discriminatory outputs, including:
  • Avoiding prompts or product design that request or infer protected characteristics (race, religion, disability, age, etc.) unless voluntarily and explicitly provided by the user for a legitimate accessibility purpose;
  • Periodic review of AI Output for patterns of bias in feedback tone, scoring, or suggestions across different demographic groups, where feasible to test;
  • Providing a feedback channel (support@nahagplus.com) for users to flag outputs that appear biased or unfair.
We cannot guarantee our AI is free of bias, and we encourage users to critically evaluate AI Output rather than treat it as objective truth.

4. Responsible AI Use

We do not permit use of Nahag+ to generate content intended to misrepresent a user's qualifications with intent to defraud an employer, or to generate discriminatory or harassing content about others.

5. User Oversight

Users remain the decision-makers. Nahag+ never submits applications, sends communications, or takes action on your behalf without your explicit initiation and review.

6. Data Minimization

We collect only the data reasonably necessary to provide our features (e.g., resume content to generate tailoring suggestions; voice recordings only when you actively use mock interview features) and avoid inferring sensitive characteristics beyond what is needed for the Service.

7. Security and Privacy by Design

AI features are built with privacy safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and Security Policy, including access controls limiting who can view raw resume and voice data.

8. Known AI Limitations

Users should understand that our AI cannot verify the factual accuracy of your work history, skills, or achievements; may generate suggestions that are generic, outdated, or misaligned with niche industries or roles; does not have access to real-time information about a specific employer's internal hiring criteria; and should not be the sole basis for major career decisions.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for independently verifying AI Output, ensuring the accuracy of information submitted to employers, and using the Service in compliance with applicable law and these policies.
