Terms of Service

Nahag+ is intended for individuals 16 years of age or older. Users under 16 may only access Nahag+ where permitted by applicable law and with required parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You meet the age requirement above, or have obtained the required parental/guardian consent;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction or any applicable export control laws; and
• All registration information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@nahagplus.com of any unauthorized use of your account. Nahag+ is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Nahag+ offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page, which may include free, trial, and paid tiers with differing feature access and usage limits. Plan features and pricing may change with notice as described in Section 4.

Nahag+ currently offers monthly subscriptions only.

First-Time Subscriber Refund Window. If you are a first-time paid subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge, provided that:

• You have not used more than 3 AI resume tailoring requests; and
• You have not completed more than 1 AI mock interview session.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@nahagplus.com within the 7-day window. After this period, or for subsequent renewal charges, subscriptions are non-refundable, except as described below.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a partial refund for the current billing period; you retain access to the Service through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refund Exceptions. Nahag+ may issue a refund outside the above window where a duplicate charge occurred, an unauthorized payment occurred, or a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

See Section 15 for how the EU/UK statutory 14-day digital-content withdrawal right interacts with immediate access to the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and AI models (excluding User Content, defined below), is owned by Nahag+ or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial career-development purposes.

"User Content" means resumes, job descriptions, interview responses, voice recordings, and any other material you upload or submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Nahag+ a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and analyze your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in job applications with intent to deceive an employer;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains another person's personal information without consent;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models;
• Use the Service to generate content for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or impersonation;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Nahag+ uses artificial intelligence to generate resume suggestions, interview questions, feedback, and related content ("AI Output"). You acknowledge that:

• AI Output is generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances;
• AI Output is provided for guidance and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, financial, or employment advice;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI Output, including in resumes submitted to employers or statements made in real interviews;
• Nahag+ does not independently fact-check AI Output against your actual qualifications or experience.

Nahag+ does not guarantee, and makes no representation regarding, employment, interviews, job offers, salary increases, career advancement, or any hiring outcome. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your qualifications, the job market, employer decisions, and how you choose to use the Service. Any testimonials, statistics, or success stories referenced on our website are illustrative and not a guarantee of your individual results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nahag+ and its officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or employment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nahag+'s total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to Nahag+ during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) CAD $100.

Consumer Protection Carve-Out. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region of residence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nahag+ from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising solely from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights. This indemnification obligation does not extend to your general use of the platform, your reliance on AI Output, or your career or job-application decisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer residing outside Ontario, this governing-law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country or region of residence.

Canada / United States. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact Nahag+ at support@nahagplus.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If unresolved, either party may pursue the matter in the courts of competent jurisdiction described in Section 13. Nahag+ does not require mandatory arbitration.

EU / UK / Australia. Nothing in these Terms prevents you, as a consumer, from exercising any rights available under the mandatory laws of your country or region, including access to your local courts and any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-service purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because Nahag+ provides immediate access to digital services upon payment, we ask you to make an informed choice at checkout:

• "I request immediate access to Nahag+'s digital services. I acknowledge that by accessing the Service immediately, I may lose my statutory right to withdraw, where permitted by applicable law."
• For EU users specifically: "I expressly consent to the performance of the digital service beginning immediately after purchase."

If you do not provide this consent, access to paid features will not begin until the 14-day withdrawal period has lapsed or you separately confirm you wish to proceed immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@nahagplus.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though certain provisions (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
